Initial Deposit
A 30% deposit is required for jobs whose anticipated value will exceed £300. The deposit should be cleared funds in our bank account 48hrs before the removal date. For cities outside London, we require a 30% deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice is given more than 48hrs before the removal was due to start: NO CHARGE
Notice is given less than 48hrs before the removal was due to start: 30% of the removal charge.
Work Excluded
Work excluded from the quote unless agreed by us in writing we will not:
1. Disconnect or reconnect appliances, fixtures, fittings or electrical equipment.
2. Take up or lay fitted floor coverings.
3. Move storage heaters (unless previously dismantled).
4. Move items from or to a loft (unless well illuminated with safe access).
